Why This Job is Worth It
- Learn a specialized, in-demand trade (AV installation)

- Installer II
- Lead Installer
- System Designer / Project Manager
- Opportunity to grow into licensed work (WA 06 Electrical)

- Tight-knit team environment
What a Typical Day Looks Like
You’ll start your day at the shop or job site(determined by job lead), load out materials, and head to the install location with your team.

Every day is a little different depending on the project, but the goal is always the same: build clean, reliable systems that last.
